This morning we celebrated National Donut Day, New Orleans Style! I whipped up a batch of these Cafe Du Monde beignets. And they were VERY yummy indeed! Now, I'm off to find my kitchen floor under all that powdered sugar. 3 kids + powdered sugar = MESS!
